I joined LA Weight Loss - a year or could be two years. The first time I joined - was expensive and I told them I had a thyroid problem - working against me. I don't believe the girls were trained medical personnel and they kind of forced the issue you need to buy bars.
Eventually the bars became very expensive. I can't believe I activated my account again... And then became inactive due to illness. They would not reimburse me for 28 boxes @ 7 bars each. They said I had to pick them up or lose them. What could I do with 28 boxes of bars. Then they had the audacity to ask me to re-activate for half price. I think the way the company operated - they were after money more than safe reducing habits. I should have known better. I believe people lost weight - not me - maybe 5 pounds. But the way they advertise is not right. They advertised for a small or no weekly cost. When you joined - you really found out the cost and hidden costs. If you don't have this you could not do that.
