I heard the Advertisement on the radio, and decided to try the product... What the heck, it was free less the 10 dollars shipping charges. It sounded good, and the salesperson was very nice... At first. I gave my charge card number for shipping. He said he wanted to record the conversation for future reference. THREE TIMES while he was recording, I asked him do they hold you to the day for the thirty day free trial. He answered (supposedly while taping) that if I was off by a couple of days it wouldn't matter. Anyway, when they sent it, it was due back the day after a holiday. I went to the post office to mail it back that Saturday (27th day of my 30 day trial) the post office was closed. The post office was closed again on Sunday (day 28) and Monday for the holiday (day 29) I called them on Tuesday and explained the situation to them, and they told me that it wouldn't reach them by the next day unless I mailed it overnight (29$ to mail overnight).
She also informed me that I couldn't mail it without a RMA number, and she wasn't going to give me one, cause it wouldn't reach them within the 30 day trial. I sent it back anyway, and sent it registered mail so I would have documentation. I never even opened this box. They mail the package to you DELIVERY CONFIRMATION so they know exactly the MINUTE you receive it. Anyway they now have their unopened kit, and yet they are still charging me the 70 dollars (four payments of 70$). This is a total ripoff, because they saw that none of the Tapes, CD's or Books were ever used or even opened inside the box. They are all still sealed in plastic. What am I paying 280 dollars for? I have nothing!!! Not even the information!
I have closed out that charge card, because this company is just taking money for something that was already returned to them UNOPENED EVEN! They probably sent that kit out to the next sucker! Leave this company alone, unless you like being ripped off.
I contacted Better Business, who in turn contacted them. The only response I got from See Clearly, is a letter every day demanding their money. They won't be getting it from me. Let them take me to court, and let the judge decide. They need to return the money they have already taken!

70.00 already deducted from my account
103.00 taken so far, and they still demand 3 more 70$ payments, and they have their kit back!
