I purchased two items of Retacnyl cream (0.05% tretinoin) and one item of Renova cream (0.01% tretinoin) from Lowerpricedmeds website since they offered cheaper price than any other website. As soon as I received products from this company, I got shocked because their items did not match my orders at all. I paid $74 to purchase items I have mentioned above but they sent me items which are worth $34. What a rip off! I contacted customer care more than 6 times but I haven't heard anything. No response. Having learned that I got ripped off, I can't even use their items since I have no idea what's in the products. I hope my report will help anyone who might be interested in buying products through their website. People are looking for cheap stuff since economy is not doing well. People have right to be informed about credibility of any products or website before they buy things. I hope this website learn the lesson by losing customers from this incident.
