Total rip-off. When you pay for this crap, they say you have 3 days to cancell. It takes about 11-14 days to receive your paperwork to review what you purchased. After you review your info packet, you activate your card.
Know lets get to the small print that they don't tell you about.
If you don't want the membership, it says in the back of the booklet that valued members may receive a full refund, including the enrollment fee if the membership is cancelled within the first 3 business days of your initial payment.
If you pay for something on day one and don't receive the packet till day 11, then acording to them you can't receive your enrollment fee. The problem is that you the consumer are not informed that you have 3 days to cancell after initial payment. You don't know this info until you receive the packet 11 days later.
The consumer has the right to read the info packet then decide if they want to cancel or not. I spoke with a supervisor, rude, thief, osama binladen and her name is sue penoyer. She is a murderer, thief, anti american, i do think they are steeling our enrollment fee and supporting the terrorist.
She and this company must be investigated by the government. She and this company are terrorists... We need to take care of this problem now that we have more info. They think they can hide behind websites and phony pamphlets. Just like osama in a cave. We can find them and their day of justice will come. I asked here what i was getting for my $100 enrollment fee.
Asked her (sue penoyer) to break down each dollar of my fee and explain to me what i was getting for the money. She said i can't do that. She couldn't break down what i was getting for my money cause i was getting nothing. It is time for justice.
