Never got my mrds or money back... No answer on email or calls... Nothing

I ordered mrds on Nov 10th last year, never got anything. I checked ups they said it was never given to them. I called many times just got a message saying to leave a message and they would get back with me... They never did... Wrote 5 emails and i never got one reply on any of them. All I want is my money back or the mrds... I will never order from them again
