I started a tanning membership before I joined the military. When I found out when I would be leaving my home of record to serve I asked that my member ship be suspended they agreed and said they would only take out five dollars a month for suspension fees but they never suspended it they took out the full amount for the whole time I was gone so from October till Feb 60 dollars was taken from my account each month.
I was shocked when I sent them an email and they said because I did not catch their mistake within 90 days I would get tanning credit instead of a refund. I told them I had no intention of going back to Nebraska to use the credit and they said that using the credit was the only way I would get my "refund" 700 dollars that is a lot of tanning that I will probably never get to use and I have a baby on the way I feel like I was screwed over big time.
