I, too, must complain about the sahalie rewards program. The company should look at how their customers are enrolled in a program that charges $14.95 each month to their credit card. The program as it exist now can be viewed as a rip-off since enrollment is certainly not transparent. If it is a good deal, put all the facts up front and empathize that the $14.95 is going to be a recurring monthly charge. Anything less can be viewed as deceptive.
I have been a customer for years, but I am disappointed that Sahalie has decided to take small quick profits from customers in this manner. I have called to be removed from this program and have received one monthly refund but Sahlaie has me for more than one month. I will not do business with them in the future nor recommend them to others unless they refund all the monthly charges I have been charged with.
Something is wrong with a program that is generating complaints from past customers. Sahalie will lose business and money in the long run.
