I canceled my life insurance in Dec and they still billed me for January. When I called to ask them why I was billed they stated that I never called and canceled. I told them that my phone record says that I did and that I know they record these conversations.
The cancelation department and customer service both said they had no record that I called to cancel and that they would cancel it today. I said that doesn't solve my problem. They gave me an address to write to for a reiembursement.
Now I have to write to this address and I will include my telephone records. This does not make sense. They are such idiots. They think their customers are stupid. How dare they treat me this way! I am very upset.
