Council For Healthy Living C/o Telnet Fullfillment Division paid for product and was told i'd get a refund if not satisfied ripoff

I placed an order from this Company on the telephone on Feb 11. The product is called fibromicyn. This was a risk free trial and was promotion F281.

After using this product if you weren't satisfied within 30 days you could return the unused portion and get a refund for the cost of the product which i paid $99.95 plus shipping. The shipping was not refundable. I returned this product on March 11. I have called 3 times to find out the status of my refund and each time i am told there are technical diffculties and the refund has not been processed. I guess i have been ripped off.
