I responded to the TV ad for Avimil via the internet. I requested the 30 day sample and paid for shipping. I tried the pills for about 10 days and became ill.
I sent the unused pills back with an attached letter explaining that Advimil made me ill. I requested that no further shipments be sent. I had not received any further shipments but noticed that I was being charged for the products that I did not receive.
I called the company and was insulted by the telemarketers as that stated that I "MUST" have received the products and to check my mail. I demanded a refund and to speak with a supervisor.
The supervisor promised to refund me $70.00. I asked for that in writing and they again denied my request. I have not been refunded any money to this date and I was again billed for products. I used a debit card and the bank has not been able to stop the payments so now I have to close my account.
