My mother has faithfully paid her CNA long term health insurance for 16 years. Now that she is 91 and is asking to receive some of the services she has already paid for, they are giving her the run around. CNA does not return phone calls and is slow to process everything but payments to them. The phone people are very nice and say all the right things but they do not DO ANYTHING that moves the claim forward. They keep coming up with one thing after another as to why they will not pay, or will only partially pay claims. It is tear-your-hair-out frustrating trying to deal with them. I have done some internet research and have found similar stories about CNA. We need a class action law suit, anyone willing/know how to take this on?
