I ordered Avlimil on-line after I saw a commercial on tv for a free sample. Nothing was said about automatic shipments, only to pay shipping and handling.
When my credit card statement came I realized I had been charged $115. I called company same day few times and talked to representatives Andrea, Charles and supervisors Steven and Cose (ext. 6024) and advised that I've been charged for something what I did not wanted, I did not order and I did not receive too! About refund they didn't want to hear.
I asked supervisor Cose to send me by e-mail or fax or regular mail confirmation that they stoped sending their product to me and won't bill me in the future. To my surprise Cose told me that they are NOT providing this! Where is customers rights, just companies has them???
