Cancelled service, but continues to charge

Lifefone support was agreed to my Mom, after she'd joint replacement surgery. They provided her a-3 month free trial offer support, which she might stop anytime. They needed a creditcardnumber on document, incase there have been any problems towards the gear. Used to donot trust the support, and so I offered my CREDIT card in order for them to maintain. Our Mom terminated the support inside the a few months and follewed the Business's return policy, returning all the equipement provided - in presentation Lifefone supplied. Following the a few months ended, Lifefone charged my CREDIT card. Our Mom approached Lifefone and described she delivered the gear, but was informed it had been never obtained. She described she no further desired the support and did not possess the gear anylonger. (the gear was inhome montoring, therefore once she unpluged the equipment, it had been told us Lifefone might instantly understand there is an issue. The process was in order for them to contact to confirm my Mom. They never named.) Therefore without any gear with no inhome tracking - equally terminated before the end-of the free 3-month interval - she did not owe them anythng. Nevertheless, following the first cost to my CREDIT card (that we had corrected), Lifefone occasionally costs my card. It's been 12 months since my Mom terminated the support - and Lifefone charged my CREDIT card again. I'll never conduct business with Lifefone and highly recommend nobody else does both!
