I do not recommend anyone buy hair from indianhair.net
The hair I received was $35 processed Indian hair - for $100!! I ordered Virgin Indian Hair from http://IndianHair.net on 08/09/2011. The product descriptioon reads "The hair offered by http://indianhair.net is 100 percent natural, unprocessed human hair. We don't color or artificially texture the hair".
However, what I received was colored light brown and permed with a TIGHT JERI CURL pattern! This hair was plastic-y feeling and coarse. It was for a client and I was so shocked they would send it. I will post the photo.
I immediately called their 800-595-0477 number - and no one answers - in the day time! I left a message and emailed them. No one called me back. I get a message the next day - during the early day time, via email saying " Call tomorrow at 10AM and ask to speak top Lily". Why didn't they call me..? How unprofessional. I went on their site and saw a mailing address, so I returned the hair on 08/10/2011 to the only listed mailing address on their site. The package arrived 08/11/2011.
I call them that next day that my package arrived. The rep, Lily, tells me I sent my product to their SORTING CENTER in
Nevada - and that they ACTUALLY operate out of Los Angeles - and that it will take a MONTH for them to receive my package. IT TOOK ONE DAY FOR MY PACKAGE TO REACH NEVADA - and one day for it to arrive to my house after I ordered it.
How can it take a MONTH for them to get it back? Then, she proceeds to tell me that THEY DON'T REALLY HAVE NATURALLY UNPROCESSED VIRGIN INDIAN HAIR - and that they will refund me when they get my package back. It's been nearly a
month & supposedly they still don't have my package... So I have no Virgin Indian hair - and no money back.
I checked their return policy "NO RETURNS". How can they sell this crap and not allow returns? I belive this company is operating under VERY SHADY business practices. I am disputing the transaction - and still, they are using a merchant service that makes it VERY VERY DIFICULT TO GET A REFUND! So. I may not even get the hair or the money back! HOW CAN A MERCHANT DO THIS TO IT'S CUSTOMERS? There is zero satisfaction.
Therefore I say: DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM www.inDIANHAIR.net
