Received two unauthorzied shipments of Avlimil after receiving free trial. Called immediately upon receipt of first shipment and they said it was their error and they would credit my account. Received another shipment the following month, called them on 2/17/04 (Nikita and Ebony) and they claimed to have no record of my first call. Had to demand to speak to a supervisor who finally said she would refund my money if I returned the product. Called them today (3/31/04) because I had RECEIVED CREDIT FOR ONLY ONE OF THE TWO PRODUCTS I HAD RETURNED.
After speaking to the phone rep. (Monica), again I had to demand to speak to a supervisor (Jose who claims to have NO SUPERVISOR) SURPRISE THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY CALL IN FEBRUARY WHEN I HAD RECEIVED AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN THE TWO SHIPMENTS FOR A FULL CREDIT.
He wanted to give me credit for just on because "their statute of limitations had expired".
BALONEY... After threatening to report them to the FTC, the Postmaster, Attorney General and Better Business Bureau, JOSE FINALLY INDICATED I WOULD GET MY SECOND REFUND WITHIN 13-14 BUSINESS DAYS.
Bet when I check next time... This phone call promise of credit being issued will have disappeared too!!!
This company preys on people's problems!!!
