I also was taken advantage by a man who contacted me on Match.com but he was a white male who was a lawyer, owned his own business in Texas, but was here to help his over weight sister who lived in Wesley chapel who just happened to loose all of her wieght with Jay. The lawyer used the name of Steve and Steve was the one who told me to go to Jay and just talked about how wonderful he was and how he would be able to help me loose my weight fronm steroids I was on due to Kidney failure.
I live in Brandon and Fitness One was quite a distance but Steve went on as to tell him how wonderful Jay was and that he just so happen to specialize in steroids as far as loosing the wieght you gain from them. Steve was suppose to meet me at Fitness One but never showed up so I was there alone with Jay as Jay started to take my measurements. He had to have measured my breats 4, if not 5 times and then measured my inseam and that was all he measured. Jay gave me a price of $1600,3 months, 3 days a week, a hour per session and that was all I needed to be back to my size 4. He told me about the 3 day cancellation policy, therefore I POST DATED my check for 3 days and I after thining this over when I got home, I decided to cancel but of course, Steve nor Jay would answer my calls as they would just go to voice mail. Jay cashed my check the day I wrote the check not on the date on the check... Therefore, going against his own policy. After telling Jay about this, my 3 days had passed and I was pretty much out of luck.
I went to Fitness One and after consistently being pulled back against Jay (on certain excerises) to feel his arousal, I decided to request to work with Angie only and no one else. I went for 1 month and stopped as I could not stand to look or have Jay touch me any more.
This guy is nothing but a con-artist and hopefully he will be stopped. Doing some research affter seeing all of these postings, he has done this before and was in the same boat that he is in now. Hopefully this guy will no longer be able to take advanatage of woman - why does he only help woman lose weight and not men... This monster needs to be stopped. My first time ever with a personal trainer and thanks to this idiot, it will be my last. I suggest that he pays back every women the money we paid him for him to take advantage of us and get this thrills off... No wonder he was divorced. His own wife thought he was the slum of the slums.
