I purchased 5 products. Following a MONTH without any contact, they sent 3 products. (I believed the wait may be since products were on back-order. False.)
I sent concerning the scarcity and was informed I Would obtain a reimbursement for that additional 2 products. After many backwards and forwards emails, the "Customer Support" individual stated they donot possess the expert to issue discounts since they're only "factory employees." They stated my request a refund was submitted towards the operator of the organization, but 2 weeks later there's no more contact with no reimbursement.
I've now stuck a proper problem with my Attorney-General's workplace, including copies of communication, bill, etc. Out of this organization. I am aware the AG of one's condition really wants to learn about these bottom-feeders, and certainly will do something. The more AGis who get claims concerning the organization, the much more likely the company may possibly shape-up or disapear.
