This is a complaint regarding the UNETHICAL AND BULLYING TACTICS done by the owner MARYANNE SAWOSKI who resorts to bullying tactics that include SLANDER, DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER, FALSE ACCUSATIONS, LIES, SPYING, GOSSIPING, INTIMIDATION, HARASSMENT, THREATS, CONDESCENDING, to name a few. The owner likes to remind constantly that she is the owner and that any employee who works for her should be grateful that she is giving you a chance to work for her company and never lets you forget that she is the owner by saying
THIS IS MY BUSINESS, She also encourages her staff to perform unethical business conduct that includes spying, gossiping, making up false stories such as stealing files, using false equipment among others, and slander.
