Chunky Glass Pipes
Shipped damaged product to me. Never acknowledged receipt of my returned product. Have never responded to multiple emails. Their voicemail is full so can't talk to anyone, ever

Ordered a glass water pipe online on 5/9. Received product with a cracked perculator.

Returned product to the return address. Website claims that only store credit will be offered. I know that the product was shipped back to them by my shipping records.

They have not acknowledged my store credit and have failed to respond to 5 emails on this issue since may. The only number they offered is not answered and has a full mailbox.
