Ordered a glass water pipe online on 5/9. Received product with a cracked perculator.
Returned product to the return address. Website claims that only store credit will be offered. I know that the product was shipped back to them by my shipping records.
They have not acknowledged my store credit and have failed to respond to 5 emails on this issue since may. The only number they offered is not answered and has a full mailbox.
