I'm having an issue with Logo Healthcare and also the diary they use. It appears they're utilizing a diary that dates back over time. Sadly my diary just moves forward otherwise I'd be-at OTB every single day gambling on yesterday’s contests.
HIP ended my medical health insurance plan and did so retroactively. They delivered me an application letter dated May 30 informing me my medical health insurance is ended by May 1. However they charged me and that I created funds for that weeks of May and June.
To complicate things I had been about the cholesterol-lowering medication vytorin for a long time without any issues. Subsequently in March HIP ceased addressing vytorin till I tried different cheaper medicines first. I've been having issues with one of these new medicines and failed my last blood test.
I've closed a duplicate of the last acceptance I had been given to visit my primary care doctor to go over my body ensure that you possess a program examination. Notice its’ Dated May 13 a Friday and my Physicians visit was Friday May-16 2011.
