about the quality or condition of a particular product. It merely
summarizes the concept that a purchaser or patient must examine, judge, and test a
product considered for purchase himself or herself.

Definition of Duty

1. Something that one is expected or required to do by moral or legal obligation. (Why I'm posting this)

2. An action or task required by a person's position or occupation; function: the duties of a podiatrist. (Dr. Andrew Cassidy was derelict in this duty)
