Late shipment, rude customer service

I put a 60.00 purchase online May 21. The web site claims you need to obtain your purchase in 10 business days. They charged my charge card about the May 24. Twelve days later I named to inquire about my purchase and also the guy was rude and sudden about the telephone. I hung-up to call-back and he was rude and sudden again, after I requested to talk to a supervisor he explained he was the dog owner. He explained he'd not keep in touch with me as well as for me to email them:. He then said I had been rude and he'd keep in touch with me easily apologized. Lastly I apologized and so I may find out about my purchase and he explained it delivered concern on Friday and that I must have it by Thursday? We will notice? I really hope they do not send me something from date|. I requested protein powder that goes rancid whether it's previous;. I agree concerning the BBB". They're placing fake advertising on the site about delivery.
