I saw the ENZYTE commercial on national TV & called to order the free product. I pais the $4.50 shipping charge & received my "free order". After trying the product & feeling no assistance or affects, I decided I would not order any more ENZYTE. One day, I attempted to use my debit card @ a rest & it was declined. After checking, I found thet "LIFEKEY" had debited my account $69.95 without my authorization. This transaction caused addition checks to be returned NSF. Their unauthorized debit from my account caused me a total of $140 in NSF fees, $69.95 for their withdrawal & fees from business where the checks were returned. This UNAUTHORIZED debit cost me a total of $269.95.
Upon contacting LIFEKEY customer service, I was told, I should have canceled my subscription. I advised I DID NOT subscribe to anything. They stated, upon my order of free trial, I was automatically enrolled. The customer service said they would not refund my fees & an additional order had been shipped. That$69.95 would be debited from my account in the next few days. It has not appeared & I have had to cancel my debit card in order to keep it from happening. This is total FRAUD!!!
NASCAR fans, look at the NASCAR which is sponsored by "ENZYTE". Contact NASCAR & complain to them about the fraud. Also contact any consumer group, BBB & any addition group who you think will assist.
