Right just before mother's time, i quit into among the best stores to get several products. Alternatively, i go out empty-handed due to the real insufficient customer support. Not just did i experience absolutely the loudest and rudest individual in the shop, but later discovered that she could be rude and loud along side not giving any kind of customer support, since she, amy pratt, was the supervisor. I've shopped at sally's for all many a long time. But i definitely will not give this store anymore of my money until this store director, amy pratt is changed. I am not really someone to usually protest about the professionalism of service team, since i understand coping with everyone could be difficult. Nevertheless, this supervisor, amy pratt, went way too much!!! Her eye-rolling, perspective and disrespect no body wants. I not just won't look at that place, but i'm sorry for the staff that's to work on her, along side the rest of the customers that she's been downright noisy, and rude to... Thank god you can find additional sally shops in the region, and so i will take these until amy pratt is changed, or increases some kind of people abilities!!!
