Why there is a block on my phone and how to get it removed

My spouse if on lorian correctional establishment and there's been ablock placed on my telephone I don't realize why since i didn't purchase the stop to occur. Additionally, it won't allow anyone in prison contact me. Would you please return to me the moment feasible since I truly have to speak with him. I actually do believe its unjust when someone else might to request you to place a stop on my telephone the way you might allow them. Thanks for the period an dhopefully you'll have the ability to assist me and obtain the stop off my cellphone quickly. Thanks rebecca
