Unfortunately I had a similar situation at this place. If you call a head and cancel your appointment within 24 -48 hours you should not be charged for a visit... If you have a circumstance that arises last minute... Emergency or whatever... You should not be charged... I understand time is important and cost money... But on the other hand my time is important as well. I do not like or appreciate threat's of late or cancelation fees. I never in my 40 plus years had or encountered such a strange place... And here I am going to be medically treated and feel uncomfortable... The husband comes out into the patient waiting area and tries to discuss the situation... Unprofessional... Does not introduce himself...
Finally brings me back to a small cube like room and after a brief discussion... He said he would take care of the situation... I would not recommend this place... (If you are running a great outstanding practice you would not treat new patients like that... You would call the person back by a staff member to your office and introduce yourself properly...) I might add to this situation that I was seen several times by a nurse practitioner... You do not get to see the great Natalie Leibensperger, DO... I guess it pays to research your new doctor... If they have legal issues or staff and office problems not a good thing... It will impact you as the patient...
