I have also had an issue getting a reimbursement to get a merchandise that I was initially informed was in-stock after which informed was on backorder. The purchase was positioned last summer and that I ultimately ended it in November. I had been advised to hold back 2-3 payment cycles on my charge card for that reimbursement showing up. It is currently been 4 payment cycles and that I have nevertheless not gotten a return. I can not look for a telephone number for this location. I have been utilizing their online 'aid'. I will not be putting anymore purchases together and just wish that I'll still get my reimbursement sooner or later.
