Invested with Mike Blumenthal and got ripped off

I invested $25K in Mobile Diagnostics in 2008. The guy who introduced me was Mike Belson. He is a big fraud too. Is there any way we all can form a group and take action on this guy? What did he do with all the money he raised? Did he ever buy a Mobile unit?
