Was not aware of the 10 day trail period. I was saving the product for a couple months to do before a wedding this year. I had no clue about the trail period until I looked at my bank statement and found the outrageous costs they charged me. Then looked it up on here and found many others with the same problem.
And to make it worse I ordered one for my daughter too. Now I'm left with a debt of $394 and overdraft fee's from my bank. Someone needs to take this company on.
