After the product was ordered, we called and cancelled future shipments. We were not told at that time that any unused product had to be returned. Then we recieved a bill in the mail for $99. We called again, and someone hung up on me. I prefer to return tis product with their rma number. But am willing to just send it back any way. I called again april 15, and the lady would not help me either. Rude for customer service
