Billed me $208 for goods that I did not authorize, and did not receive

I, along with many others did not authorize this company to debit my visa for "goods" that I did not want, and have not received.
The last 4 digits on my visa card is 4691.
I do not authorize to debit my visa card.
Cancel my membership immediately.
I have submitted two reports on April 4 th
I now submitt this last report on April 15 th
