I am currently having the same issue as many others somehow they obtained my bank info and charged me 1.00 for a trial kit i didnt even order. I called them and told them to take me off record and i will return the package on my own expense because once you open the unmarked box its non-refundable. They assured me i would no longer be charged and then ofcourse 1week later they charged me 78.40 because they have yet to receive the package (which i dont believe) that they didnt even want back!!! I contacted my local bbb and they in turn contacted colorados bbb and i believe i may even get a lawyer for fraud and them charging my account without my knowledge!!! Dont buy into it even if you cancel the trial offer you have to return the (unopened box) and they still charge you 19.99!!!
