Fraudulent sales of diagnostic equipment, ponzy scheme, Nydia Soriano career criminal grand theft / organized fraud

Nydia Soriano former CFO of Matrix Wellness Management has a history of organized fraud and theft. PLEASE BE AWARE!

She scammed numerous doctors into purchasing diagnostic equipment (Video ENG) promising placement of these machines in busy personal care homes, hospitals, etc. The accounts did not exist.

Nydia would go so far as to sell machines for eighty thousand plus dollars (price inflated by $25,000) in cash with promises of a guaranteed $6,400 monthly return plus a percentage income.

She would describe the machine working at a location that was under contract. Two lies - no machine and no contract She simply made a few ponzi-like payments and then disappeared into a new company.

Nydia Soriano sold a currently held leased machine of a client, machine under bank lease, and sold it as new for cash to a different client. She lied about the location of the machine to the doctor that was on the lease / the guarantor.

Do not believe anything that Nydia Soriano says. She is a liar and a thief.
