Melissa Maillie of North Carolina I ordered product and could never communicate with company. Returned procduct 2 weeks late and still charged. NO communication allowed with company

I order Esthecians Choice TCA peel and was charged immediately. I tried to reach the company 5 times and they never responded. I received a product 2 weeks later and sent it back unopened and tried to contact the company again. No results and my bank card was charged. A rip off has ocurred.
