Ms. Rodriguez complained to me about this company. She is on a limited income as many of our Senior Citizens are. She had a charge of $44.85 that was unauthorized on her account. She will be working with her bank to see if she can recover this unlawful charge. The call center told us to send product back. The cost to send back has yet to be determined. The time and energy to go to the post office for Ms. Rodriguez will cause more lost money since she cannot drive herself there. I will take my time, energy and gas money to help her resolve this problem caused by this company.
