False Claims to me as an Employee and also advised to make false reports to Medicare

I began working for Allstate Medical in February1. The company works with seniors who have Diabetes, mobility issues, Arthritis, and respiratory problems. They help provide Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for the senior which is paid for through Medicare. I believed that this would be a great opportunity pertaining to career path as well as financial.

I was told the following before signing up and soon began questioning how valid those statements were: I admit that I have no way to prove some of the statements that were made. However, I do know through my own experience that I was misled or lied to about several things.

1: "Our "average" advisor earns $1700 weekly." I never came close to this due to several issues that will be listed.
2: "You will get 6 qualified leads every day". I did in fact receive 6 leads a day and the company actually began giving me up to 8 leads each day when I asked for them. However, these leads were absolutely not "qualified" leads in the definition one would think. I was knocking on doors of people who had passed away or those who told me that they did not have any health related issues whatsoever.
3: "You will receive payment in "about" two weeks once the paperwork is processed". It has been six weeks since turning in my first application and I still have not received a penny. Obviously, not all applications will be accepted but I turned in over 15 applications and not a single one has earned me a commission.
4: "About 80%-90% of all applications are accepted". Really? Then why have I not received a commission check?
5: "You will set up seminars in facilities and make a figure income, " this is so not true, if the facility will even let you in, you then have to persuade the residents to attend the seminar. I asked several times how many companies are doing something similar to this and they stated none, but to find out there are many many individuals doing this.
6: "You are the ONLY advisor in the Columbus, Ohio area". Again, absolutely not true. I met with several seniors who had already met with an advisor. I saw the paperwork! When I asked again about this issue I got the "Well, we may have contracted with an independent company who has advisors in the field".

Other issues:
1: People in the corporate structure do not even know what is going on. They mention working for both Allstate and Executive Trade Associates.
2: I was told that many of the employees in their "Call Center" had been let go due to the amount of bad appointments that were being set up. Then stated they were buying better leads. They told me when I was hired they recieved leads from potential patients requesting medical supplies.
3: A huge amount of no-shows.
4: Was told to wear "scrubs" by corporate and these would be provided, was told by my "territory manager" that he didn't recommend this and not to tell corporate.
5: Was told several times that brochures and business cards were to be provided, a month later and nothing.
6: I did some research on the company and found that individuals working for this company have been affiliated with other similiar companies that have the same reports about them.

Overall I feel that this company is still too new to be a reliable source of income for anybody who is working under a 1099 as an independent sales rep.

I strongly advise you as a prospective employee to stay far away from this company. They present a false picture to get good candidates to work for them. Besides lying to individuals to get them to work for them, they have larger issues. Medicare will be contacted to let them know my experiences with this company and how they are persuading Medicare patients to take medicare supplies because, "Why not, they are free!"
