I saw an ADD for a weight reduction pill, read the testimonial by a journalist, and decided to try the JAVA coffee sampler / promotional deal and the Acai berry from "Leanspa". I did this through a connecting website, and purchased the products at a introductory offer $4.95, (as they claimed to be promotionals) I printed out the leanspa reciept, and saw that I was billed for $4.95 for the promotional sample.
I was sent the product sample. Then another. I then noticed a debt reduction for $79.99 on my February bank notices. This happend again in March... (The Java Coffee people did the same to me as well). I called leanspa. I was on hold for 35 minutes, then hung up. I immediatly called back, and was on hold again for an additional 30 minutes, before an employee name Sierra answered. I explained the issue, and my displeasure and canceled my order. She informed me that I must return the product to receive a full refund.
I am not happy with thier less then "steller" or non exsistent customer service.in addition they have a bogus return email address as well as a bogus non working "easy cancelation" order page. This is a SCAM. An unsavory ripoff.
Sincerely
