I applied to visit rite aid but rencently changed to CVS just since i shifted and CVS is alot nearer to my new house. I want i never changed!!! Our 4 yr-old boy has a lot of health issues (he's state-issued medical health insurance it has nver been an issue elsewhere) fortunate that not one of them are life threating. I declare this since everytime i move there's usually an issue obtaining his RX packed. He requires 4 rx daily I am aware a couple of times having issues although not each time. He's to truly have a fresh rx each month for just two of his medications cause they're a controlled substance. He also requires a med that I take advantage of the car refill for (you realize the within the phone offer?) well everytime i get there it isn't prepared! Is not the reason for getting the several additional mins to do that which means you do not have to consider the additional 30-min to at least one time to really get your rx? No that isn't the only real issue I've i desire it had been! Then I'dnot be worrying. Additionally they state that his medicade won't permit his refill on his 2 rx they usually declare 1 of 2 issues etheir it isn't period (to early) or medicade wont agree it for many unknown cause? Therefore following a couple of months of the repeadantly i approached medicade to discover why each month I really could not get his ($550.00) mediterranean stuffed. They proceeded to inform me they did not understand why I had been not able to get his medications stuffed anything was good on the website finish. Well i approached the CVS to inform them what medicade had explained they explained i required a pa (piror athorization type). He usally wants one each year. Well I acquired that for them & low & see you know what however no rx! Their justification this time around was it had been to early to obtain his med. And so I approached medicade agian to discover why these were declaring it had been to early to get & once agian they did not understand what I had been referring to. They explained what i already understood that his medications might have acquired yesterday DUH!!! I told them where & that which was happening she advised me that I had been not the only real individual to possess this issue with CVS. I approached CVS agian & advised them using the information that I really could have gotten it stuffed yesterday. The woman explained I'd to wiat about the mind guy to obtain there tomorrow between 9am & 4pm. Well i named about 2pm the following day & he stuffed no-questions asked. Lastly nearly 14 days later. The one thing they completed that was actually slightly useful was they'd provide me several tablets in the rx to obtain him through it had beennot enough to complete it however it was enough to maintain him from being so ill. We would't needed to be worried about it when they had completed their work & stuffed his medications. I attempted to move back again to Riteaid in this issue CVS would not I want to since when you have an available software you-can't! WTF? In case your unhappy no real matter what you ought to be able to. One more thing I've to obtain a pa form from my document each month (priror athorization type) after I was at Rite Aid i just required one pennsylvania annually. Therefore could somebody tell me why at-one drugstore I want one a year & at another I want 12 annually!? Im so happy to become back with Riteaid it isn't actually humorous. Additionally wal-greens is very good they do not provide you with the run-around. I want you can prosecute somebody for inconviencing your own time but u cannot I am just happy he was not hurt by lacking his rx like he required it he was simply uncomfotable.
