They charged me of the whole $39.95 of fbf and i never received it

I ordered a 21 day trial off of fat burning furnace on last wk of dec. I never received it and i again got a notification of payment of $35.00 for the whole price. I never saw or received any fat burning furning that they were talking about. It's very unfair because they have my credit card number w/c they can use in the future in charging for something i didnt orde
