I've had a cpap machine from these people for approx. A year now. I received a bill for 726.00 today. I called them today to ask where I can drop there machine off. They informed me that they have billed my insurance for the last 10 months at 125.00. Thats 1250.00 plus they say I owe them 726.00. This little machinemust cost as much as a car. 2000.00 so farfor a little machine and a mask? Really?
I was told by them that they need to contact mysleep doctor before they tell me where I can drop it off or come pick it up. Well I'm the one that has to pay the billnot my doctor.
Do not do business with these people. You can buyCPAP machinesdirectly from sources on the internet as well as some pharmacies. Dont let your doctor get you involved with there prefered supplier. Tell your doctor that you want awritten prescription andthen take it to a supplier to be filled. I have seen machines for as low as 500.00 online.
