On Friday, 1-7-11, I saw an ad for Rachel Rays FREE Acai Berry & Colon Cleanse products offered on the internet. I clicked on the link, and was taken to the ordering site. However, everytime I entered my information, I received a message which was partially hidden from view stating something about my credit card being declined and was urged to try an alternate card. I tried to order these products 5 separate times, and every time was told my order could not be processed. HOWEVER, on Saturday I was at my bank and was informed that "Youth Nutrition had charged me 3 separate charges for a total of $102.93 which would leave my account overdrawn. I tried to call the company, but got a voice recording stating they were only open Mon-Fri Eastern Standard Time. I tried to email them at [email protected] (which was the email address given in the terms and conditions) but received a "failed" notification stating that my message could not be delivered. This company is completely unscrupulous, a complete rip-off and liars to boot! I am outraged! Tomorrow, of course, I will go back to my bank and try to get these erroneous charges taken off my account!
