Cigna Healthcare has providers that cover gastric bypass surgery for weight loss as a covered benefit. They make you submit medically necessary documentation then tell you it is not good enough. They told me they would have a decision in 20 days and it took them 98 during which time they changed criteria and made me jump through additional hoops.
This company is totally inept in dealing with a procedure they cover and their customer service is a rip off since it does not exist. I pay lots of money to this company and get NOTHING but a bunch of lies, deception and messing with my life.
