I had several Tias last year. After my cardiologist did a tee on my heart I was diagnosed with a pfo which is a hole in the heart. I also have learned that I have an annerysm by the hole and Cigna is refusing to authorize the procedure. I have four doctors who have concluded that this procedure is medically necessary and that I could die with out this procedure.
