Shortly before the new year I placed an order for 1 Gram of 20x extract and 1 gram of 50x extract. On top of my order I used a promo code that was supposed to give me a 50% bonus on what I ordered. When I received the package in the mail I found that I had received 3 grams of 99X Kratom along with a note that stated they do not ship salvia to Michigan. The note also states that if I want a refund I have to return the order.
I immediately go to the website and see they have a toll free number right at the top so I give them a call. When I do I am greeted with a message stating that they are experiencing high call volume and that they are only taking questions via email.
So here are my issues with the situation:
- The website says they ship to my state and they do not.
- They billed me for something they had no intention of shipping.
- They sent me a product I did not order and expect me to send it back. Under US law I am not obligated to do so.
- They put a phone number on their website that for all intents and purposes does not work
- By their own prices the product they "substituted" for me is valued at less than what I ordered. On top of everything else this is insulting.
- They have yet to reply to my email
