Paid for 15 gallon magnolia, received only 3

I bought a magnolia tree in July from tyty, obtained in November after many telephone calls. Paid $190 to get a 15 gallon, obtained a-3 gallon, that will be outlined at $25. Merchant required photos to become sent, that we today can easily see is just a stall technique. I'll challenge with cc company.
