I had a dental care credit through Castle Dental in Chattanooga, TN5708 Uptain Building, Chattanooga, TN Suite 100,37411. I received my statement with my balance as 1138.00, which is the amount I signed for the services I received. When I saw what the interest rate was, I paid the entire amount of 1138.00. Then last week I received a phone call, saying they had not received pmt. So, I called my bank and they said it was returned for 1 number on the account # was incorrect, so, I corrected the acct. # and resubmitted the 1138.00 on 7/19/10. BUT, my question is. When I talked to the guy from GE Money Bank, he said my balance was 2325.99. Now, I don't know what is going on, but, I did not sign anything for that amount. ONLY 1138.00 and it is paid, and I am not paying anything else. Sounds like someone is double billing and if it is not straightened out, you will hearing from my lawyer. I am speaking with Castle Dental about double billing also.

I am expecting an answer from you soon.

I tried to call and just got this long menu to punch a number and not of them were to where I could talk to anyone. And, also said that complaints had to be made in writing, so this is my Written complaint.
