This is a REQUEST, to see IF La Amistad Behavioral Center has any complaint (s) filed against them, as we are seeking a Tx Center for our 11year old, and need to be certain about ANY center's "complaint record (s)", before we have this child's PC (Primary Care) Doctor, make any decision, with regard to placement.
