The fine print states that if you don't want to continue your monthly delivery of the product (at $79.99 per month), you have to cancel within 21 days or they charge you four payments of $24.95. Thats $99.80 for your "FREE sample". Their customer service reps were quite prepared for the customer's rage. She had an answer for everything and even lied that I had not cancelled. Luckily, I kept the confirmation numbers. My money was briefly refunded, but then they came back with the fine print excuse. Do not order from these people. They are cons!
