Glucosulin had a TV ad and ordered a trial order in July by credit card. Called company, as they had overcharged my credit card account. Requested no more usage of credit card and to refund overcharge.
Today, October 8 received another order, which never ordered in first place. Came in manila envelope, with no outside markings as to what it was.inside was two bottles and a bill for 87.76. Immediately called company.
Company had no record of July phone conversation and seemed adamant not to refund October order. Called credit card company, who were very helpful and they said that there was a September bill, which we never received any drugs for and failed to notice on monthly bill. Credit card company was going to stop all new charges from this company and was going to try to refund previous money.
Am filing complaint with Montana Consumer Protection Agency and vow to never order again from T.V. Or radio commericals!
