Two charges total $30.00 from MagicJack was shown on my credit card statement. I called to inform them that I didn't placed any order with them. I had called numerous time to be told it will be taken care of and the mistake was found. I don't know how they got hold of my credit card because I never had any dealing with them. This happen May 2. As of Today October 16. I have not received the $30.00 that was taken from my credit card. I didn't give this company the authorization to use my credit card or did I placed any order with them. I just want them to return my $30.00 that was taken from me.
